Terms of Use

Diogenes lets you talk to models we configure, keep the conversation with your wallet, attach files, and export or delete what you stored. We may add, change or withdraw models and features.

You sign in with a wallet you control, by signing a message. There is no password and no transaction. You are responsible for that wallet. Anyone who can sign with it can open this workspace. Losing the keys means losing access.

You keep what you write and upload. We need permission to store it, send it to the model so it can reply, and show it back to you. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that may remain in backups for a short time.

What you publish into a JAR is shown to current and future members of that JAR and included in their model requests. That includes answers a JAR chat auto-saves when you switch that on. Publish only what you have the right to share with them. The JAR's owner can remove shared content; ownership does not grant access to members' private chats.

Replies are generated automatically. They can be wrong. They are not advice, and they are not a substitute for a person who is accountable for a decision.

Included models are free within a monthly allowance. Credits are bought with USDC, are not refundable except as required by law, do not expire, and are debited only for replies you request. Paid continuation on an included model requires your confirmation in that conversation. We may change allowances, prices and limits with notice on the Models page. Storage and indexing limits for JARs are separate from the allowance.

Do not try to break the service, reach another account, overload the API, or use Diogenes to break the law. We limit how quickly messages and images can be sent. We may suspend a workspace that is abused.

What we store and where a message goes is described in the Privacy Policy. It is part of these terms.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular model, or that a reply is accurate, complete or fit for a purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what a model produces. If you have not paid us for the service, our total liability for a claim is limited to zero.

You can delete your data and disconnect at any time. We can stop providing the service, or a workspace, if these terms are broken or if we shut Diogenes down.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
